Data You Provide To Us Directly

When you use the Service, we may collect information that you provide to us directly. We may allow you to connect your User Account to your social media account(s). If you connect your User Account to a social media account, such as through Facebook Connect, Apple’s Game Center, Google Services, or any other third party service, we may collect personal data, such as your user ID, name, e-mail address, and profile picture that are available in your public profile with such third party, and content such as posts, comments, media, and applications. You may be able to control the types of personal data available in the profile of such third party services by adjusting the privacy settings available therein. We may also show your name and profile picture within the Service.

If you connect your User Account to your social media account, you may also use you log-in details across platforms and on different devices to identify yourself while using the Service.

Moreover, if you contact us, a record of this correspondence may be kept. Payment information related to transactions carried out in the Service is processed by a third party payment processor, such as Apple, Google, or Amazon.

Please note that any content posted to a forum or other interactive features in the Service will be visible and available to other users of the Service. We are not responsible for and do not guarantee the security of the information you choose to share in the Service. Please practice caution when sharing your personal data in the Service.

Data Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect the following information from users of the Service that in certain circumstances may constitute personal data:

Device data: We collect information on the device you use to access the Service (including the Games). This device data includes, without limitation, device manufacturer and type, information about the operating system of your device, the name of your carrier / internet service provider, connection type, device language, unique device identifiers, iOS device name, IMEI number, Android ID, Advertising ID, IDFA (unique identifier for iOS) and the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you access the Service. In particular, we may use the device data for automatically creating an account for you to be used when you play the Games, so that we will recognize your device when you play the Games. Moreover, the logging technology used in the Service may automatically collect the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave the Service. We may also use device data to identify the device throughout different Games.
Cookies and other technologies: Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us. These technologies are used to analyze trends, administer the Service, enable features on the Service, track users’ movements around the Service and to gather demographic information about our users. We use technology created by third parties to enable such technological features. We may place a “cookie” on the hard drive of the device that you use to access the Service. Other Analytics Service Providers: As an element of the Games we use third party data analytics service providers, which help us analyze and improve our Games. The data collected by data analytics service providers enables us to understand usage patterns of the Games. Usage information and personal data are stored by such service providers and are subject to their privacy policies.
Location data: We collect information on your location based on your IP address and/or the real-time GPS location of your device. By using the Service, you give your consent to the collection of location data.
Use data: When you use the Service, we automatically collect and store certain information. We create a unique device-specific ID to track how our Games and the Service in general is used using your device. As you play our Games, we collect data about all of your interactions with the Game and with the other players in the Game, such as your in-game purchase history and game play history. Moreover, details of your visits to the Service including, but not limited to, traffic data, weblogs and other communication data may also be collected.

Third-Party Advertising

We may feature advertising within the Service, including within the Games, and may employ third party ad serving technologies to collect information about you and your use of the Service. Advertising shown to users may be based on your user profile in order to provide personalized advertisements that may be of interest to you, and advertising in the Service may come from affiliate advertising networks.

We and/or the third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and geo-location information and information collected from your device and/or hardware to ensure that the advertising you see in the Service is relevant to you.
